Infinite Reality Acquires Landvault for $450 Million to Enhance NFT and Metaverse Tech

Infinite Reality has acquired UK-based Roblox game developer Landvault for $450 million in stock. The acquisition aims to boost Infinite Reality's immersive technology capabilities, particularly in the NFT and metaverse sectors. Landvault, which has been in operation for seven years and is part of the SureValley portfolio, will become the enterprise arm of Infinite Reality and will continue to focus on the Middle East region. This acquisition follows Infinite Reality's recent $350 million funding round, which valued the company at $5.1 billion. Sam Huber, CEO of Landvault, highlighted the extensive effort and teamwork that led to this milestone.
