Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi emphasized the importance of discussing the NEET issue, urging the Prime Minister to participate in a respectful and peaceful discussion. The government has expressed readiness to address the concerns related to NEET in Parliament. The opposition's demand for a debate on the matter led to the adjournment of the Lok Sabha for the day and the Rajya Sabha until 2 PM. The Lok Sabha was initially adjourned until 12 noon, and Rajya Sabha LoP Mallikarjun Kharge also raised the issue.
