Indian Crypto Exchange WazirX's Safe Multisig Wallet on ETH Network Hacked for $230M

Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX has suffered a significant security breach, resulting in the loss of over $230 million. The compromised assets include 5.43 trillion SHIB ($102 million), 15,298 ETH ($52.5 million), 20.5 million MATIC ($11.24 million), 640.27 billion PEPE ($7.6 million), 5.79 million USDT, and 135 million GALA ($3.5 million). The assets have been transferred to a new wallet, '0x04b2', which has been actively dumping the stolen cryptocurrencies. The transactions have been traced back to Tornado Cash, a service often used to obfuscate the origin of funds. The breach involved WazirX's Safe Multisig wallet on the ETH network, and Cyvers has reported the incident.
