India's NSIL to Assist Nepal, Students in Launching Munal Satellite

India and Nepal have taken a significant step in space collaboration with the signing of an agreement between India's Ministry of External Affairs and NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) to assist in the launch of Nepal's Munal satellite. The satellite, developed by a Nepali space startup and students, aims to create a vegetation density database of the Earth's surface. This initiative marks a milestone in Nepal's space ambitions and strengthens bilateral ties between the two nations. The agreement was formalized on Saturday.
