The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that Israeli Air Force (IAF) aircraft targeted Hezbollah launching and observation sites in Lebanon following Hezbollah's rocket launches near Kiryat Shmona on Friday night, which resulted in injuries to two soldiers. The IDF stated that strikes were conducted on Hezbollah infrastructure and observation posts in southern Lebanon, specifically in Houla and Odaisseh, using both air force and artillery. Footage of the strikes was published. In response, Hezbollah launched an aerial attack on what they claimed was a military position in northern Israel.
