The suspect, involved in an August car bombing, was receiving treatment for injuries sustained during the attack. IDF special forces, disguised as women, extracted the suspect from the hospital. The operation involved members of the police's elite Yamam unit, the National Counter-Terrorism Unit, and Shin Bet agents. The suspect, identified as Ayma Al-Saadi, was in critical condition and receiving treatment in an isolation room at President Mahmoud Abbas Hospital.
