The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are constructing a new strategic corridor in northern Gaza aimed at creating a buffer zone and facilitating military operations against Hamas, according to reports from the Washington Post and other sources. This development follows the completion of the Netzarim Corridor in central Gaza. Satellite imagery has indicated the IDF's efforts to clear a route in the northern region. Additionally, the IDF has recently demolished two Hamas attack tunnels, which spanned a total of 2 kilometers, located in southern and central Gaza. These tunnels were reportedly intended for use by Hamas in military operations.
