IDF Confirms Five Golani Brigade Soldiers Killed in Southern Lebanon Clashes

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have confirmed the deaths of five soldiers in battles with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. The soldiers, all members of the Golani Brigade, were identified as Major Ofek Bachar (24), Captain Elad Siman Tov (23), Staff Sergeant Elyashiv Eitan Wieder (22), Staff Sergeant Yakov Hillel (21), and Staff Sergeant Yehudah Dror Yahalom (21). Additionally, the Israeli military reported that 20 soldiers were wounded in the clashes. The conflict has intensified, with Israel's military claiming to have killed 45 Hezbollah fighters in the last 24 hours and launching strikes on Tyre and the Bekaa region, following evacuation orders for residents.
