VisitIDF Captures Barricaded Hezbollah Operative in Lebanon Tunnel, Brings Him to Israel

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Sunday the capture of a Hezbollah operative from the Radwan unit in southern Lebanon. The individual had barricaded himself inside a tunnel shaft approximately seven meters deep. According to the IDF, troops ordered the operative to surrender, telling him, 'Get out before you lose your life.' He was subsequently detained and brought to Israel for interrogation. This operation marks the first known instance of the IDF capturing a Hezbollah member under such circumstances.
