On President Donald Trump's first full day in office, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 308 illegal migrants across the country, according to Border Czar Tom Homan. The arrests included individuals charged with serious crimes such as murder, child rape, an attempted murderer, and a child molester. Homan emphasized that ICE is focusing on those who pose significant threats to public safety, with approximately 700,000 such individuals currently in the U.S. The operation spanned multiple cities including Denver, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Seattle, Baltimore, and Miami, targeting migrants with criminal records in sanctuary cities.
