Biden's lawsuit accuses Fox News of unjust enrichment, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, and publishing his private explicit images without his consent. Fox News has responded by calling the lawsuit 'politically motivated' and 'devoid of merit,' noting that the program was removed after a complaint was made in late April 2024.
