A Washington, D.C. appeals court has ruled on Tuesday that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign violated federal financing rules. The violation, which is 45 times larger than the $130,000 in Donald Trump's case, has resulted in a $6 million fine for Clinton. Despite the significant nature of the violation, Clinton will not face a criminal trial.
