Hezbollah Launches Dozens of Rockets at Abirim, Neve Ziv, Manot, and Dafna in Response to IDF Strikes

Hezbollah has taken responsibility for a series of rocket attacks on northern Israel, targeting multiple communities including Abirim, Neve Ziv, Manot, and Dafna. The attacks, which involved dozens of rockets, were carried out in response to recent Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) strikes in southern Lebanon. According to the IDF, approximately 45 rockets were launched from Lebanon, with some being intercepted by the IDF Aerial Defense Array. Hezbollah claims to have fired four rockets at northern Israeli towns and bases earlier in the day. The rocket fire has led to heightened tensions between Israel and Hezbollah, with reports indicating that some projectiles impacted areas in the northern Golan Heights and a kibbutz in the Upper Galilee. The escalation follows a drone strike by Israel that reportedly wounded civilians in southern Lebanon.
