Qassem highlighted the resilience of Hezbollah fighters, which he claimed demoralized Israeli forces and caused substantial losses for Israel. He also noted the displacement of hundreds of thousands from northern Israel due to the conflict. The agreement, according to Qassem, reflects Hezbollah's readiness and effective strategies, with plans to collaborate with all factions to rebuild and strengthen Lebanon's unity and defense capabilities. Qassem expressed gratitude to Iran and its leadership for their support during the conflict, and paid tribute to the late Hassan Nasrallah for his role in shaping Hezbollah's strategies.
