Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced the death of an Israeli female prisoner in northern Gaza. According to spokesman Abu Obaida, the prisoner was killed in an area that was under heavy Israeli bombardment. This announcement came after contact was reestablished with resistance fighters assigned to protect Israeli prisoners. The identity of the hostage has not been disclosed. Abu Obaida held Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government responsible for the incident, accusing them of causing the suffering and death of the prisoners. Additionally, another Israeli female prisoner in the same area remains in critical condition, with her life still in danger.
