Hussey passed away on Friday, her family announced. The cause of death was not disclosed, though she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008. Cast at the age of 15, Hussey's performance in 'Romeo and Juliet' earned her a Golden Globe award and propelled her to international fame. She also starred in the 1974 cult classic slasher film 'Black Christmas' and appeared in other notable works such as 'Jesus of Nazareth' and the 1990 miniseries adaptation of Stephen King's 'It.'
