Georgian Parliament Speaker Signs 'Foreign Agents' Bill into Law, Now in Force

The Speaker of the Georgian Parliament has signed the 'Foreign Agents' bill into law, according to TASS and multiple sources. The law, which had previously overcome a presidential veto, has now come into force. It mandates that the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the national public registry agency create a list of organizations operating in foreign interests.
