VisitGeorgia Sees Record Early Voting with Over 4 Million Votes Cast, 55.5% of Active Voters

Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger confirmed that more than 4 million votes were cast during the state's early voting period from October 15 to November 1. This represents approximately 55.5% of Georgia's active voters, with women making up 56% of early voters and Black women at 62.1%. The early voting turnout is up 60% from 2020, when nearly 1.9 million voters cast their ballots. An additional 1 to 1.1 million votes are projected to be cast on Election Day.
