The judgment stems from Giuliani's false claims regarding the 2020 election. Freeman and Moss are seeking control over Giuliani's assets, including his properties in New York and Florida, to satisfy the $146 million judgment. They have requested a federal court to intervene and allow them to seize Giuliani's personal property, such as his Yankees World Series rings, watches, and a Mercedes-Benz.
