The workers have filed a civil lawsuit to take control of Giuliani's assets, including his Palm Beach, Florida condominium, to satisfy the $146 million judgment. This legal action follows Giuliani's false claims of election fraud in 2020, which defamed the workers. They have submitted a list of Giuliani's personal property, such as watches and World Series rings, they believe should be turned over to them.
