The appeals court's decision cited a conflict of interest involving Willis's relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade. While the indictment against Trump still stands and the case is not dismissed, the future of the prosecution is uncertain. The Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia will determine if the case proceeds.
