The stock was halted multiple times, initially surging 33% and then fluctuating wildly. $GME is now up 275% since May 1st. At one point, $GME was down 30%. Over 643,744 viewers tuned into the livestream, where Gill expressed his belief in Ryan Cohen's ability to reinvent GameStop. Gill confirmed that his accounts were not hacked and that he is not collaborating with anyone else. Despite the excitement, Gill admitted he had 'no real plan' and was simply checking in. The $GME token also saw a rapid 30% increase in two minutes during the event. Notably, Gill's livestream attracted over 618k viewers in the first five minutes, and he was seen with a broken arm.
