Moorefield admitted to operating under the dogfighting kennel name 'Geehad Kennels' and electrocuting dogs. The Maryland man faces five years in prison for his role in breeding and training dogs, and arranging dogfights. Over the last ten years, Moorefield earned a federal salary of $2.5 million while operating the dogfighting ring. He also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in dogfighting and interstate travel in aid of racketeering.
