Franklin Templeton has led an $11 million Series A funding round into Bitlayer, a Bitcoin Layer 2 developer. This funding round values Bitlayer at $300 million. Other participants in the funding round include ABCDE. With this latest investment, Bitlayer's total funding has reached $16 million. The investment aims to scale the Bitcoin network through Bitlayer's technology. Bitlayer becomes the first Bitcoin Layer 2 developer to achieve this milestone.
