VisitFrance Allows Ukraine to Use SCALP Missiles Against Russia, Vows Unrestricted Support

France's Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot stated in an interview with the BBC that there are "no red lines" in supporting Ukraine and that Ukraine could use French-supplied SCALP long-range missiles to strike targets inside Russia in self-defense. Barrot emphasized that Western allies should not set limits on their support for Ukraine, aligning with President Macron's stance. France recently announced the delivery of another 10 SCALP cruise missiles to Ukraine.
