Former British Columbia Premier John Horgan has died at the age of 65 following his third battle with cancer. Horgan, who recently served as Canada's ambassador to Germany, passed away on Tuesday at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, B.C., after a five-month battle with thyroid cancer.
