Four flight attendants have pleaded guilty to aiding drug traffickers in moving over $8 million from the US to the Dominican Republic. This case highlights the ongoing issue of cash smuggling for criminal organizations. In a separate incident, two Delta Airlines ramp agents have been accused of smuggling over $3 million worth of ketamine through John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. The agents, who allegedly transported the drugs from Denmark, are being held on $20,000 bail on suspicion of conspiracy and transporting controlled substances, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
