Fisker Seeks Court Approval to Sell 3,321 Ocean EVs at $14,000 Each

Fisker has requested approval from the Delaware Bankruptcy Court to sell its remaining inventory of Ocean electric SUVs at an average price of $14,000 each. The company, which is undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, has a willing buyer for the 3,321 vehicles configured for North America, totaling $46.25 million. This price is significantly lower than the previous starting price of approximately $70,000 per vehicle. The buyer is a vehicle-leasing company, and Fisker is seeking an expedited sale process.
