VisitFinal NFL Holdout Ends: Jets' Haason Reddick Agrees to Incentive-Laden Contract
Oct 20, 2024, 12:24 PM
Edge rusher Haason Reddick, who had 11 sacks last season, has ended his holdout and agreed to a reworked, short-term contract with the New York Jets. Reddick will report to the team on Monday. The adjusted contract includes performance incentives that will allow him to earn back over $12 million in fines incurred during his holdout, as the team cannot waive the fines per the CBA. This move ends the NFL's final holdout. The team and Reddick will continue to work towards a long-term extension, according to his agent Drew Rosenhaus.
