The suspect is estimated to be approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, was wearing Nike Air Max Speed Turf shoes with a yellow logo, and was seen carrying a backpack. Despite thorough investigations over the past four years, the suspect remains unidentified and at large. The newly released video shows the individual planting one of the devices near the DNC headquarters, aiming to generate new leads in the case. The FBI is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect and is offering a $500,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
