VisitFBI Agent Eduardo Valdivia Arrested for Assaulting 2 Women at Maryland Tattoo Studio

Eduardo Valdivia, a 40-year-old FBI special agent, was arrested in Montgomery County, Maryland, on charges of sexually assaulting two women. Valdivia allegedly lured the women to his tattoo studio in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where he promised them free tattoos and modeling opportunities before assaulting them. The Montgomery County Department of Police have arrested him, and detectives believe there may be additional victims. Valdivia was previously acquitted of attempted murder for a shooting incident on a Metro train in 2020. A third potential victim has come forward after the initial charges. The FBI agent operated under the alias 'Lalo Brown' at his tattoo shop.
