VisitFar-Right Media Exec and Epoch Times CFO Charged in $67 Million Money Laundering Scheme

The CFO of the pro-Trump Epoch Times, Weidong Guan, also known as Bill Guan, has been charged in a massive money laundering scheme. The indictment alleges that from 2020 through May 2024, Guan and others participated in a transnational scheme to launder approximately $67 million of illegally obtained funds. The Epoch Times, founded in 2000 by John Tang and associated with the Chinese Falun Gong, is at the center of this scandal. Guan is a Far-Right Media Exec.
