An explosion occurred around 6:15 AM on Saturday morning in The Hague, Netherlands, causing a partial collapse of a three-story apartment building on Tarwekamp street. Emergency services reported that at least four people, including a child, have been rescued from the debris and taken to the hospital. Authorities fear that up to twenty people may still be trapped under the rubble of the five destroyed apartments. Firefighters are searching the site for survivors while battling the resulting fire.
