European Parliament Adopts Resolution to Continue Support for Ukraine with 495 in Favor

The European Parliament held a debate on continued support for Ukraine during its first plenary session in Strasbourg. The new composition of the EU Parliament, including its new far-right group, faced an early test with a resolution on supporting Ukraine against Russia. The resolution was adopted by a majority of votes, with 495 members voting in favor, 137 against, and 47 abstaining.
