VisitEU to Provide €1.5 Billion ($1.6 Billion) from Frozen Russian Assets to Ukraine in July

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin that €1.5 billion ($1.6 billion) in proceeds from frozen Russian assets will be made available to Ukraine in July. Additionally, the EU will provide Ukraine with €1.9 billion ($2 billion) this month under the Ukraine Facility. Agreements worth €1.4 billion are being signed with partner banks to attract private investment for Ukraine.
