EU Targets Russia's Shadow Fleet with 15th Sanctions Package

The agreement was confirmed by the Hungarian EU presidency, with EU leaders expressing commitment to maintaining pressure on the Kremlin. This package expands existing sanctions and aims to address efforts to bypass previous restrictions.
