VisitEU and Germany Urge Israel to Respect World Court Ruling on Rafah Military Actions

The International Court of Justice has issued a ruling last week urging Israel to halt its military operations in southern Gaza. Despite this, Israel continues its military actions. EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell emphasized on Monday the need for the ruling to be implemented and mentioned that EU countries will discuss how to handle its implementation, including the potential reactivation of the EUBAM Rafah mission. German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock also stated that the ruling is binding and must be respected.
