Engineering Firms, Pratt & Whitney Settle US No-Poach Lawsuit for $26.5 Million

Four engineering firms have agreed to pay a combined $26.5 million to settle a proposed US class action lawsuit alleging they conspired to restrict hiring through 'no-poach' agreements. The lawsuit, which also involves RTX unit Pratt & Whitney, accuses the firms of artificially suppressing wages for tens of thousands of current and former aerospace workers.
