Elon Musk Sued by Omid Kordestani Over $20M Twitter Stock Dispute

Elon Musk is facing a lawsuit from former Twitter Chairman Omid Kordestani. The lawsuit alleges that Musk, who purchased Twitter, has failed to pay Kordestani more than $20 million worth of shares. Kordestani, who played a role in overseeing the sale of Twitter to Musk, claims that the social media company, now known as X under Musk's ownership, is refusing to cash out the stock he is owed.
