VisitELLE Launches 25-Story, 180-Unit Short-Term Rental Condo Project in Miami
May 29, 2024, 02:40 PM
Global fashion brand ELLE has partnered with Urban Network Capital Group and Vertical Development to launch its first-ever branded condo project, ELLE Residences Miami. The 25-story, 180-unit luxury tower, which permits short-term rentals, will be located between Edgewater and the Miami Design District, near the famed fashion district. This project adds to Miami’s growing list of branded condo developments, which include collaborations with brands like Cipriani, Baccarat, Missoni, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, and Casabella. The project is also in partnership with French publisher Lagardère News. The Miami skyline is about to get more fashionable.
