Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts left Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders after taking a hit to the head during a 13-yard run. Hurts, who had rushed for 41 yards on three carries, was initially evaluated in the medical tent for a potential concussion. Although he appeared ready to return, he was subsequently taken to the locker room for further evaluation. Backup quarterback Kenny Pickett replaced Hurts, completing a 4-yard touchdown pass to A.J.
