Drone Strikes Cause Significant Damage, Up to 20 Explosions at Millerovo Airfield

A series of drone strikes targeted the Millerovo military airfield in Rostov Oblast, Russia, causing significant damage. Up to 20 explosions were reported in the area, impacting key facilities such as the oil depot and aviation fuel storage. At least two important facilities, on which the functioning of Millerovo airfield depends, were hit by UAVs, according to Defense Express. Satellite imagery confirmed damage to oil tanks, hangars, buildings, the technical-operational unit, and the fuel and lubricant warehouse, although no aircraft damage was immediately visible. The strikes are part of Ukraine's ongoing efforts to disrupt Russian military operations.
