Dr. Mark Chavez to Plead Guilty to Ketamine Conspiracy in Matthew Perry's Death

Dr. Mark Chavez, one of two California doctors among five individuals charged in connection with the overdose death of "Friends" star Matthew Perry, is expected to plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine, an anesthetic with hallucinogenic properties. Chavez faces up to 10 years in prison.
