The Miami Dolphins and wide receiver Jaylen Waddle have agreed to a three-year, $84.75 million contract extension, which includes $76 million guaranteed and $35.9 million guaranteed at sign. This new deal makes Waddle one of the top five highest-paid receivers in the NFL, with an average annual value of $28.25 million. The 25-year-old Waddle is now under contract through the 2028 season, with a total base value of $104.5 million. Waddle has recorded three consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons and holds the Dolphins' record for the most receiving yards in the first three years of a career.
