Influencers associated with Tenet Media, including Tim Pool, Benny Johnson, Dave Rubin, and Lauren Southern, are named in the unsealed indictment. The DOJ claims that employees of state-owned RT oversaw the dissemination of Kremlin talking points by these influencers. Tim Pool and other personalities have stated that they were deceived and are victims of the alleged scheme. The indictment also connects two RT journalists to the operation. The DOJ's actions are part of a broader effort to crack down on interference in the 2024 elections. Tim Pool reportedly received $100,000 per episode for his show.
