Delhi High Court, Led by Chief Justice Chandrachud, Orders 50% Women's Reservation in DU Elections

The Delhi High Court has directed the Vice Chancellor of Delhi University and other concerned respondents to address the representation seeking the implementation of 50% women's reservation in the Delhi University Students Union Elections. The decision was made by a three-judge bench led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud after hearing submissions from senior lawyer Gaurav Agarwal and advocate Tanvi Dubey, who represented the affected students.
