Disney's 'Deadpool & Wolverine' has crossed the $1 billion mark at the global box office, becoming the second film of 2024 to achieve this milestone, following 'Inside Out 2'. The film, featuring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, reached this figure in just its third weekend of release. It is the first superhero film to earn over $1 billion since 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'. With an estimated domestic gross of $407.6 million and an international total of $444.3 million, the film's global earnings have positioned it as the second highest-grossing film of 2024. 'Deadpool & Wolverine', currently at $903,250,162, is also tracking to end its theatrical run with earnings between $1.3 billion and $1.4 billion, potentially ranking among the top five highest-grossing superhero films of all time. It is also only the second R-rated film to gross $1 billion worldwide.
