Daryll Blackburn Charged with Felonies; No Fraud Evidence in 2022 Harris County Election

Following an investigation by the Texas Rangers, Daryll Blackburn, a former data analyst with the Harris County Elections Administration Office, has been charged with six felonies related to the 2022 general election. The charges include theft and tampering with government documents, as announced by Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. Despite these charges, the investigation found no evidence of fraud or attempts to sway the results of the November 2022 election. Blackburn's actions allegedly contributed to widespread ballot paper shortages during the election.
