VisitCrowdStrike Beats Q3 Estimates with $1.01B Revenue, Raises FY 2025 Outlook

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. reported its third-quarter fiscal year 2025 earnings, surpassing Wall Street expectations. The cybersecurity company announced a revenue of $1.01 billion, a 29% increase year-over-year, beating the consensus estimate of $983 million. Non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) were $0.93, exceeding the analyst estimate of $0.81. CrowdStrike also reported a significant milestone with its annual recurring revenue (ARR) reaching $4.02 billion, up 27% from the previous year. Despite the revenue growth, the company reported a GAAP net loss of $16.82 million for the quarter, compared to a profit of $26.7 million in the same quarter the previous year. CrowdStrike raised its fiscal year 2025 outlook, projecting total revenue to be between $3.924 billion and $3.93 billion, and non-GAAP EPS to range from $3.74 to $3.76. The company's stock experienced a decline of approximately 3% in after-hours trading following the earnings release. CrowdStrike provided guidance for the fourth quarter of FY 2025, expecting revenue to be between $1,028.7 million and $1,035.4 million, with non-GAAP EPS expected to be between $0.84 and $0.86. Net new ARR for the quarter was $153 million.
