A Colorado jury has found Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa guilty of first-degree murder in the 2021 mass shooting at a King Soopers supermarket in Boulder. Alissa, who killed 10 people including a police officer, was convicted on all counts, totaling 55 charges. The jury rejected the defense's argument that Alissa, diagnosed with schizophrenia, was not guilty by reason of insanity. Alissa now faces life in prison. The verdict was reached on Monday.
